Absract. The article presents a pedagogical technology for achieving communicative-speaking competence in the period of literacy in 1st grade. Four sub-technologies are proposed for parallel and synchronous mastering of the four language skills – listening, reading, speaking and writing through various activities for multisensory learning, stimulating the process of literacy in a multicultural environment. The technology presented is suitable for use in learning environments. It carries innovative aspects refracted through the prism of contemporary pedagogical space. It is in line with the specifics of forming a complex communicative competence in the process of literacy in a multicultural environment in 1st grade.
