The framework of the analysis is based on a logic model and the methodology also includes a unit cost analysis. The article presents the overall progress on energy efficiency at European and national level and provides conclusions regarding the progress, contribution, and efficiency of energy efficiency measures funded under the program. The method of cognitive maps is introduced by Tony Byuzan and used in other countries. In our country it is not so widely practiced. Its use in the teaching of literature in upper allows students to learn more easily curricula, to develop their creative skills to provide primary and secondary associations, to have fun. Mind maps help the development of learning skills and a good helper and activator of memory. They develop visual memory and activate the both cerebral hemispheres. They present information using hierarchical associations between words, phrases, colors, space. They are suitable for learning verse and prose text, in the presentation of a literary movement, in the comparative analysis, in the interpretation of certain artistic idea. They complement and illustrate the passport of the literary work. Mind maps facilitate both teaching and learning, help for the synthesis of large amounts of information on a theme or an idea. Group cards could be used as well \u2013 they unite in themselves associations of many players, generate new ideas, make literature interesting course, allow for creativity. They create a positive attitude towards learning and intellectual labor, presented an unusual approach to the literary text. In this report the application model of mind maps was made by students in class.
