The signi\ufb01cance of the\u00a0article lies in the qualitative research based on the method of analysis of the materials\u00a0on\u00a0 intercultural\u00a0 communication\u00a0 and\u00a0 multicultural\u00a0 education.\u00a0 It\u00a0 is\u00a0 revealed\u00a0 that\u00a0intercultural communication is a broader concept than interlingual communication\u00a0and can be presented as communication of citizens of one country belonging to\u00a0different ethnic groups of a multinational state. It is showed that the coexistence\u00a0of various ethnic groups in one social and territorial space may lead to the rapid\u00a0actualization of the problem of interethnic communication with the manifestations\u00a0of\u00a0 ethnocentrism.\u00a0 It\u00a0 is\u00a0 proved\u00a0 that\u00a0 cross-cultural\u00a0 education\u00a0 of\u00a0 individuals\u00a0 and\u00a0groups orients at overcoming ethnocentrism and is an important part of the concept\u00a0of\u00a0 multicultural\u00a0 education\u00a0 as\u00a0 the\u00a0 formation\u00a0 of\u00a0 students\u2019\u00a0 skills\u00a0 of\u00a0 cross-cultural\u00a0awareness. relevance of the inclusion of children\u00a0of\u00a0 roma\u00a0 origin\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 educational\u00a0 environment\u00a0 and\u00a0 its\u00a0 theoretical\u00a0 setting.\u00a0 The\u00a0methods and means used so far in practical work with children of Roma origin did\u00a0not render sufficient results for various reasons. Challenged by this fact, kindergarten\u00a0teachers turn to additional forms of pedagogical interaction such as festivities and\u00a0entertainments. The educational process takes place in an environment of constant\u00a0and active interaction between children and teachers, the latter being equally placed\u00a0as participants in the activities.
