Abstract.<\/strong> The article examines subjectivity as a negative occurrence in differentiated payment of pedagogical specialists and analyzes the main reasons for the admission of this phenomenon. AGE CHARACTERISTICS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING OF RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS ATHLETES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> Rhythmic Gymnastics is a socially signifi cant sport in Bulgaria, with large expectations and popularity. The traditions we have oblige us to look increasingly good development of our athletes. Psychological training is essential component from their sports realization. It is a matter of a research interest for us how to plan their development throughout their athletic career. The aim of our study was to fi nd differences by which to optimize the psychological training in age aspect. The research work is done among 124 athletes, divided into three age groups, were monitored. A complex methodology is used, which includes: 1) The Sport Motivation Scale (SMS) (L. Pelletier & col. 1995); 2) Trait Sport Confi dence Inventory (TSCI; Vealy, 1986, adapted by Zh. Zheliazkova, E. Savcheva, 2008; 3) Methodology for diagnostics of Self Effi cacy in sports (T. Yancheva, Tz. Misheva-Alexova, 2006); 4) Test for Optimal performance strategies \u2013 (TOPS), Thomas, Murphy, & Hardy, 1990. 5) Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale – (Frost-MPS) of Frost, Marten, Lahart,& Rosenblate (1990). The data revealed a certain age dynamicsin presentation strategies. There are signifi cant differences in age factor in the automaticity, competition activation and competition Self-talk, positive thinking and goal setting during the workout.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The paper presents the fi rst results from the implementation of a European, Erasmus+ project. Seven partners from fi ve European countries (Poland, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and Bulgaria) will implement in practice the ideas of Grundtvig (Danish philosopher from XIX century) for democratic way of education in a project titled \u201cBuilding key competences and folk high school pedagogy in XXI Europe\u201d. The Erasmus+ partnership is working together to develop curriculum and handbook for Organic agriculture course, which later will be implemented and evaluated by the project coordinator \u2013 Polish association Ziarno, using Folk High School methods. There will be two other outputs from the project: (1) guidelines on building key competences through Grundtvigian pedagogy \u2013 tools, examples, good practices; (2) a publication which will summarise the project \u2013 Folk high schools in Europe in XXI century: past, present time and future in modern Europe. During fi rst project year curriculum with 4 theoretical blocks was developed (Earth\/Soil, Plants, Animals and Human beings). Varied practical work is foreseen for participants. The course, which will last for two years, is going to focus on young students, aged 18-25 years.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> Main goal of the article is to reveal actual state of the Norwegian educational system, as this system is one of the best in the world \u2013 according to the index of human development. Main task of educational institutions is not so much to acquire knowledge but to acquire cultural habits and to satisfy public needs. The article examines objectives of education, management of the educational system, funding, structure of the education system after the reforms of 1994, conditions for obtaining qualifi cations and certifi cates for vocational education. Also we do content analysis of curricula. Norwegian education attaches great importance to the ability to acquire knowledge and lifelong competences.
