(ON THE OCCASION OF THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF HIS BIRTH AND THE 70TH ANNIVERSARY OF HIS DEATH)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong>.The publication on the occasion of the anniversaries of the birth and death of the eminent Bulgarian thinker and humanist, and educator as well \u2013 Petar Danov (Beinsa Douno), reviews his development as a theologian, with a one-year medical qualification, and as a Spiritual Master and Teacher,influenced mostly by the Western industrial-rationalist civilization, especially during his seven-year stay in the United States at the end of the nineteenth century when he studied at the Boston University. He was influenced by modern spiritismand the Theosophical movement, by the main taught at the time religions, mythologies, philosophical systems, arts and sciences of the West and the East. He was absorbed with cosmological ideasin their trinity \u2013 Love, Wisdom and Truth, he was influenced by the anthropological and gnoseological philosophical ideas of great educational importance. He is the founder of the spiritual society\u201eWhite Brotherhood\u201c. He introduced and established the Paneurhythmy as a unity of movements and music(song) outdoors. His \u201eSolar Education\u201c is a humanistic philosophy of the \u201eScience of Education\u201c. <\/p>\n

\u201cSOFIA LEARNING CITY\u201d PROJECT: SUPPORTING THE NON-FORMAL LEARNING AND EDUCATION IN THE COMMUNITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong>. This paper present the \u201cMobile seminar \u201cSofia learning city\u201d project which was planned and implemented as an university project. Its key aim was to consolidate the efforts and experience of the social actors and experts in the area of non-formal learning and education in city context. The project team includes 12 members of the Centre for interdisciplinary research and innovation in non-formal education (CIRINO) \u2013 academic staff, B.A., M.A. and PhD students. The forum was designed and realized as a set of 5 thematic seminars covering key fields and organizations like museums, libraries, vocational\/further education centres, leisure centres, media, NGOs, businesses etc. Thanks to the open format of the project (free of any charges or selection criteria) 81 organizations supported the project as associate partners and 489 participants attended the different activities in the project. <\/p>\n

If it is constantly being supported to integrate the different parts of its personality it will realize by itself that it is an aggregation of many sorts of qualities, characteristics and emotions. The time we live in, requires from us to reshape the training process and make it a little bit more different, entertaining, exciting and away from the standards. Abstrac<\/strong>t.This shared practice aims to show the activities through which I succeeded in influencing my students and increase their motivation to learn. The article describes the organization and participation of the students in different classes and extracurricular activities: quizzes, recitals, sports events, information campaigns, expression of citizenship, tolerance and responsibility. The shared experience may be useful to teachers who are working with children to whom the Bulgarian language is not a maternal language and the assimilation learning process is problematic due to the language barrier. The students are very attentive and when they are young they emulate and imitate the behavior of adults – parents, teachers. An approach based on values accompanies our educational routine, and the teacher is the one who directs, brings up and shapes a child\u2019s personality. The best teachers are leaders who show students how they need to behave in various situations in life. Admit when they have no answer. Apologize when necessary and respect their students.<\/p>\n
