Naturally, the concept of distribution (redistribution) in no way should be understood as a counterpoint to the classical principles of perfect competition in which no monopoly or state intervention in economic processes but these advanced maneuvers were applied by social and ethical reasons. In areas such as the allocation of donor organs to needy bene\ufb01 ciaries and allocation of seats in educational institutions can not be handled by traditional cost systems and this raises the need for institutional intervention to regulate these processes, because such \u201cthin\u201d (with a limited number parties from both sides) markets soaking regulatory regimes at least at certain levels. This article describes the application of such distribution algorithms, their strengths and weaknesses and the comparison between them. Addressed is the practical implementation of the algorithm of Gale-Shapley and the so-called Hungarian algorithm (Koenig-Egervari algorithm) with their strengths and weaknesses. Exposed are the main points of cooperative game theory. activity with a number of advantages for development of children\u2019s creative potential: development in a natural for personality, for groups, or for community environment; ful\ufb01 lling of signi\ufb01 cant for any and for all of us developing goals, but in a more relaxed interaction and in process of social inclusion; transmission not only of information and experience , but also of emotions, feelings , many of which related to basic human values a&nbsp; nd morals of community and society as a whole. Our problems were determined by two types of reasons: subjective ones \u2013 lack of motivation in students to participate in extracurricular activities, forgotten during the period of state transition; objective ones \u2013 lack of suf\ufb01 ciently attractive extracurricular activities. Starting from the speci\ufb01 city of the subjective factor and of students\u2019 willingness, we decided it was appropriate to harness school self-initiative and energy into something that is useful for both individual personality and for others. We decided to teach in patterns of communication. We developed an idea of working in three main areas: Overcoming aggression; appropriate communication with children with special educational necessities; ethnic literacy, tolerance, multicultural dialogue. Measure of performance is the satisfaction of people with their participation and achievements of working together as a team. strategic planning in secondary education started after the changes in the Rules for Implementation of the Education Act. They oblige the pedagogical council of the school, as a specialized body for addressing basic pedagogical issues, to adopt a strategy for the development of the school and to update it annually. Unfortunately, the amendment did not cause comments and controversy from school managements. There are just few publications on this topic which says that preparing school strategies is seen just as part of many other administrative obligations &#8211; dropped from the top down. This results in hardening the formal approach towards education management.
