Abstract.<\/strong> The purpose of this article is to clarify one of the most important issues of organizational and management activities of teacher in the classroom and this is the organization of working (physical) classroom environment. Abstract.<\/strong> The article reveals the organizational aspect of educa-tional technology through a course design (\u0421\u041a\u041f). A version of the algorithm
development and graphic description of the process in the \u0421\u041a\u041f notation IDEF0, which allow exercise the process approach to management of the training. Shows an example of the individual profi le of student competencies, constructed with help mathematical model developed by the authors. They help to identify the prerequisites of success of training at the beginning of the semester and demonstrate the extent to achievement of learning goals when compared with the actual profi le at the end of the semester.<\/p>\n

HUMANISTIC IDEAS IN EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The article considers humanism as an integral focus of education. The idea of humanisation of education requires turning to the most promising psichologopedagogical theories of human development (L. S. Vygotsky, Jean Piaget, E. Maslow, K. Rogers, A. Combs, etc.). Humanism strengthens the role of the subjective factor, amending the positions of educators and learners. The pedagogues \u2013 humanists consider that each child has a unique existence \u2013 his\/her individual Self. The task of education is to create the conditions for self-realization of this existence. The humanistic ideas fi nd practical realization in the so-called open \/ alternative schools, having evolved in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Scandinavian-countries, France and others.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The present article has been developed in accordance with the \u201eInnovative approaches for identifying and responding to vocational education and training needs of disadvantaged youth\u201d project, contract number BG051PO001-7 .0.01-0014-C001, implemented with the financial support of the Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007\u20132013, co-fi nanced by the European Social Fund of the uropean Union. Its main objective is to consider, analyze and compare the vocational education systems in Bulgaria and Germany and to outline
the advantages, which the use of German practices could grant to the specialists and benefi ciaries in Bulgaria, particularly in relation to the methods for successful identifi cation of training needs and development of adequate training programs, consistent both with the capacities and the aspirations of the benefi ciaries as well as with the needs and development trends of the labor market.<\/p>\n
