The article analyses of\ufb01 cial documents of the European&nbsp;commission since 2000 laying an emphasis on basic problems that are associated&nbsp;with learning in \u0430 digital environment.&nbsp;Having in mind these problems, the author offers recommendations for meeting&nbsp;European educational requirements for learning in a digital environment. the results of a recent empirical research on the&nbsp;practical dimensions of social pedagogy in Bulgaria. The importance of the article can&nbsp;be expressed clearly in three main areas.&nbsp;First of all \u2013 it represents the views and opinions of directly involved in the&nbsp;educational process professionalists \u2013 the teachers. In this sense, the focus of the&nbsp;article is also a civil one.&nbsp;Second \u2013 the proposals have been formulated so that they can serve as a basis for&nbsp;educational policies.
